BPCL在自由基和活性氧分析領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用
自由基(free radicals,F(xiàn)Rs)化學(xué)反應(yīng)性極強(qiáng),極不穩(wěn)定,半衰期短,其化學(xué)反應(yīng)性的特點(diǎn)是連鎖反應(yīng),一經(jīng)啟動(dòng)即可連續(xù)發(fā)生。從生物學(xué)角度講,通常所說的FRs主要是指活性氧(active oxygen),即氧的某些代謝產(chǎn)物和一些反應(yīng)的含氧產(chǎn)物。由于FRs具有活潑的化學(xué)反應(yīng)特性,因而在生物體內(nèi)具有重要的生理及病理功能,具有重要的生物學(xué)意義。BPCL 在此領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用例子有:[1-6]
